Helpful Tips
Tip 01 /
When removing the sleeve, immediately replace the provided storage cover
back over the electrode pads. This step will protect the surfaces of the
pads from trapping debris and losing their adhesive quality.
The shiny side of the storage cover is the side that should touch the
electrode pads.
Tip 02 /
Before storing your Neural Sleeve, connect the velcro fastenings on the
upper and lower leg panels to avoid excessive wear and snagging on the
fabric. Gently fold the sleeve and store it in the plastic sheath before
putting it in your Carrying Case.
Tip 03 /
If your electrode pads are losing their stickiness but it’s not yet time
to replace them, put a small drop of water on the surface of the pad
that makes contact with your skin and rub it around to gently clean and
refresh the gel.
Tip 04 /
When you are due to replace your electrode pads, remove the pads and
clean the metal electrode buttons with a damp cloth to remove any
residual gel.
Tip 05 /
Before you put a new set of electrode pads on your sleeve, you can clean
your sleeve by laying it flat and spraying with a fabric cleaner. Once
complete, let the Neural Sleeve air dry completely before applying new
electrode pads and affixing the storage covers.
Tip 06 /
Note: you do not need to replace all electrode pads every time you need
to replace certain panels. If you are only changing a few electrode
pads, avoid getting any antibacterial spray on the remaining electrode
pads. Make sure all storage covers are firmly in place and no electrode
pads are exposed.
Tip 07 /
We recommend changing out your electrode pads and cleaning your Neural
Sleeve at least once every two months.
