We are a small, yet diverse team, supercharged by our mission to activate movement without limits in a world beyond disability. Our first product, the Cionic Neural Sleeve™, recently received FDA clearance, and we will be shipping the first Neural Sleeves later this year to our very first group of early adopters. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate is:
- A data-driven digital marketing leader who will own, build, and optimize sophisticated programs to support demand generation efforts while maintaining an excellent customer experience
- Savvy on social media—both with content and community engagement, with a proven track record of growing and nurturing online communities if possible
- Highly organized—capable of working efficiently and independently across multiple initiatives at once
- An excellent communicator, both online/written and in-person
- Flexible in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment—a quick learner, eager to grow with the team and take on new challenges
This is a remote position with occasional business travel (up to 10%) for company and consumer events. The ideal candidate is a college graduate who has 3+ years work experience in digital marketing, ideally in the healthcare/medtech space. A personal and/or professional connection to our community and mission is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Understand the sales process. Ensure demand programs deliver impact at different stages of the sales cycle to support pipeline creation and progression. Analyze customer feedback and order trends to identify key operational challenges, product gaps to be cataloged and addressed with product team, as well as actions to increase demand
- Lead audience targeting and segmentation, and collaborate across internal stakeholders on campaign planning and the email send calendar
- Drive email strategy and optimize performance of the email channel using creative assets, copy, personalization, calls-to-action, content, and automation
- Bring innovative demand generation ideas to life by adopting a test-and-learn mentality and using data-driven storytelling to provide recommendations. Analyze, communicate, and present results of marketing campaigns, leading the process from insights to optimization
- Lead and manage CIONIC online community pages—identify and develop relevant content, manage community discussions and other interactions, identify and cultivate relationships with potential community advocates, be responsive. Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders (advocacy groups, etc.)
- Attend and manage in-person demos/events on occasion
- Effectively utilize the CRM platform to optimize functionality and conduct ongoing analysis of all customer-related activities
- Adhere to company policies regarding customer interaction documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in digital marketing, in healthcare if possible, with experience in owning, developing, and optimizing demand gen programs
- Intermediate to advanced email marketing experience with an affinity for learning new technologies, products, and systems quickly
- Robust analytical skills—can digest large amounts of data, identify significant trends, ask the most important questions, and take action
- Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks, drive projects to completion, gain buy-in from stakeholders, and prioritize work to deliver to goals
- Empathetic, proactive, and consumer obsessed
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience operating CRM platforms
- Experience with design/content creation
