As part of the CIONIC team, the Repair Technician will play a critical role in ensuring these life-changing devices stay in peak performance, helping our customers regain independence and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities, Skills, & Hands-On Experience

Expert Diagnosis and Repair:

• Diagnose malfunctions in the CIONIC Neural Sleeve and other products through troubleshooting and analysis of diagnostic data.
• Perform repairs on both in-warranty and out-of-warranty devices, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards.
• Replace faulty components with meticulous attention to detail.

Accurate Estimates and Customer Communication:

• Provide clear and concise estimates for repair costs to customers, explaining potential issues and solutions in straightforward language.
• Maintain open communication with customers throughout the repair process, and updates on progress and timelines.
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.

Technical Expertise and Continuous Learning:

• Possess an understanding of mechanical principles and basic electronics repair.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in CIONIC’s technology through independent research and training.
• Maintain a meticulous workspace and adhere to company safety protocols.

Education & Work Experience

• Minimum of high school or equivalent credential required.
• Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination for performing intricate repairs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
