If this does not work, please remove your sleeve and refresh the electrode pads by placing a drop of water on each and rubbing it around. Also ensure that your skin is clean of any lotions or oils. If the issue still persists and it has been over three weeks since you last replaced electrode pads, please try replacing the panel in question with fresh electrodes. If that does not work, contact support@cionic.com and report an issue in the CIONIC App.
In order to use the sleeve, your Control Unit must be plugged into the sleeve. Place your Control Unit in the pocket of your Neural Sleeve and then plug in the cable.
